Today, I’m proud to announce that I’ve joined the very awesome Wingman MSP Marketing team.
We’ve spent the last 12 months collaborating on client projects and the time is right for me to take a shareholding, directorship and become part of the team alongside my new friend and now business partner, Dave Sutton.
Over the past two years, I’ve reviewed 150+ MSP websites (in person, live online and recorded) and have worked with MSPs around the world to improve their online presence. I have been thanked profusely for the advice and guidance, but I’ve been frustrated with the lack of action being taken. I needed to find a “done for you” solution to the problems and opportunities I have been flagging in my reviews and consulting. That’s why today, I’m proud to be joining the Wingman MSP Marketing team.
Wingman has been delivering conversion-busting websites for the last 5 years, alongside the vCMO and marketing services needed to propel MSPs to their next phase of growth and so I couldn’t be prouder to join the team, to deliver services to MSPs right around the world.
I will be bringing my industry, marketing and speaking experience to the Wingman team, alongside my Tech Testimonials service, to add an all important video testimonial capability to the campaigns we are creating.
As of today, my Wisecurve brand will fade into the sunset and my focus will be working with Dave to make a ton more customers very, very happy, through the services we offer.

Outside of Wingman, my Helpdesk Habits programme absolutely continues and I will continue to speak on the subject of Customer Experience. I’ll also be publishing my third book in 2023. My personal website reflects this at markcopeman.com
